Information for Bookstores

Please place your order via fax , phone or email (see below). Be sure to include your name, shipping and billing addresses, fax and phone numbers, your purchase order number, the name and email address of the instructor, and the course number on your fax. You will receive a fax confirming the title, your order quantity and the shipping method. If you do not receive a confirmation fax, it is possible that we did not receive your order! If this is the case, please call us. It is important to us that your order is shipped exactly as you expect. We want you to be happy with your order and the level of service you receive from us!

We ship all orders within three (3) business days of receipt of order. We ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by you. On your invoice, you will be billed for the exact freight charges, based on the weight and destination zip code of your order, as reported on the “Courtesy Rate Quote” section of UPS’s website.
Invoices are due 30 days from the date of the invoice. We accept payment by check, and by VISA and MasterCard. Please make your check payable to The Planning Shop. Our payment address is:

We accept returns only within six months of the invoice date and only on orders that have been paid in full. Merchandise must be in saleable condition. Please contact us for authorization to return your books prior to shipping them to us. Our shipping address for returns is:
